It's good to hear that the Jefferson City market is doing OK. The market down in the SE Part of Missouri is also doing well. Neither market had the huge raise in prices that many markets experienced and I think that will help us weather this storm. I don't really view the issues with the real estate market in terms of a downturn but as a correction of past mistakes.
